Phase 1: Initial Build Out
The first construction phase envisions the reconstruction and/or re-creation of such key site structures as the Lighting Shop and Car shed, the Paint Shop, (now Café) the Planing Mill/Wheel and Axle Shop (now RailMall), the Roundhouse (60%) and Turntable, the Coaling Tower, Locker Room and Supply Shed. In addition, several new structures will be erected, rails re-laid, repaired and re-oriented and the entire site upgraded for public use.

A new site entrance will be constructed off Court Street together with surface parking and the existing entrance off Prince Street will be vastly improved with entrance features and additional parking.

The most significant new structures on-site will be the 6,000 square foot "Orientation" building, Coal Tower Theater and the Depot, the latter serving visitors arriving by rail as well as the several proposed excursions.
