In the interest of encouraging high quality modeling of Southeastern subjects, Old Alabama Rails invites modelers to submit photographs of their work for display on this website. Our goal is to inspire creativity and commitment to model railroading on all scales, hence this is not a contest but a showcase.

Standards for inclusion are high and the photographs and the models they represent must meet the criteria. If accepted, your photographs and text will be highlighted on a separate website page.

We also invite individuals to submit graphic drawings that represent Southeastern subjects, from layout plans, to drawings from blueprints, to drawings produced to represent actual Southeastern structures or structures that are characteristically Southeastern. We will gradually be adding some drawings from our own collection, but invite others to do the same. In so doing, we hope to provide a significant resource for modelers seeking to recreate Southeastern themes.
